Corporate Philosophy

Since 1993, the Daytona Group of companies has made its goal to set new standards in customer service. Under the stewardship of Ralph Hutchinson, a 35 - year industry professional, the Daytona group of companies has developed and expanded throughout Alberta creating meaningful, lasting relationships, by embracing the vision of conducting business with honesty and dedication. In 2008, Ralph was succeeded by his son Tally, who continues to lead the Daytona Group of companies with the same traditions and values which have contributed to its success. Most recently, Daytona Homes expanded into Regina, Saskatchewan and opened for business there in 2009.

The Daytona Homes mission is to deliver Alberta and Saskatchewan's best new home value. Designated the title of Alberta's Master Home Builder, and having a long standing membership in Alberta's New Home Warranty Program, the Professional Home Builder's Institute, the Canadian Home Builders' Association, and recently gaining membership in the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program, Daytona Homes has all the experience and knowledge needed to provide customers with quality homes. 

Daytona Land Corporation has been developing residential land since 1998 and has active projects across Alberta. This company focuses on developing land streamlined to provide a high standard of quality for all residents. An overriding commitment to quality, planning and community forms the basis of every project and they are committed to creating a legacy of master planned communities that adhere to practical, community - oriented architectural controls.
